Immersive Pixar exhibition opens at Brussels Expo

The Mundo Pixar Experience, the world’s largest exhibition dedicated to the Pixar universe, is set to open at Brussels Expo on 12 March. The immersive showcase spans over 3,000 square metres and features life-sized recreations of iconic Pixar scenes.
Visitors can explore 12 themed rooms inspired by beloved films such as Monsters, Inc., Cars, Ratatouille, Up and Toy Story, whose fifth instalment is set for release in 2026. The experience also engages the senses beyond sight, with certain rooms - including the Ratatouille section - enhanced by scents.
“This exhibition is for everyone, of all ages. It’s a fully audiovisual experience with sights, sounds, and even smells that immerse you in every Pixar film you love,” said Jay Ward, Pixar’s creative director.

“We hope people from outside Belgium will come experience it. And, of course, it’s a great opportunity to discover Brussels too.”
Sam Perl of organiser Gracia Live underscored the logistical achievement: “This exhibition covers over 3,000 square metres, with sets up to 8 metres high. That’s truly exceptional. There are very few venues in Europe that can accommodate something of this scale.”
Tickets are available on the website.
