US attacks three nuclear sites in Iran

The United States has carried out a bombing attack on three nuclear sites in Iran in a significant escalation in the war between Iran and Israel.
"This cannot continue. There will either be peace or there will be tragedy for Iran, far greater than we have witnessed over the last eight days," US president Donald Trump said in a speech on Saturday evening (local time), after the bombings.
"Remember, there are many targets left," he said. "Tonight’s was the most difficult of them all by far, and perhaps the most lethal, but if peace does not come quickly, we will go after those other targets with precision, speed and skill. Most of them can be taken out in a matter of minutes."
A few hours after the US bombing in Iran, the Iranian Revolutionary Guard again fired rockets at Israel. Sirens were sounded in Israel, the Israeli army announced on Telegram. According to journalists from French news agency AFP, air raid sirens are sounding in Tel Aviv and heavy explosions can be heard in Jerusalem.
