TW Classic festival cancelled after headliner Bryan Adams pulled out

The TW Classic music festival will not take place in 2026. The one-day festival on 11 July has been cancelled because headliner Bryan Adams pulled out due to medical treatment for one of the band members. According to the organisers, it is not possible to book another artist of a similar status for the festival before the summer.
“We are very sorry for everyone who was looking forward to TW Classic and thank them in advance for their understanding,” stated the organisation, which emphasised that this was not an easy decision. “Our standards are high and we always strive for the best. We will continue to stand up for what we believe in.”
The line-up for the one-day festival included not only Bryan Adams, but also British singer Elvis Costello and Belgian band DEUS. Performances by American rock band Counting Crows and Monza, the Belgian band led by Stijn Meuris, will also not take place.
The organisation will continue to focus on its other festivals, namely Rock Werchter, Werchter Boutique and Werchter Parklife. Anyone who had already purchased a ticket for TW Classic will receive an email and will automatically be refunded.
