Stromae cancels entire tour

Belgian pop star Stromae has cancelled his entire tour for health reasons, his management announced on social media on Tuesday. The singer says he needs time to rest and heal.

Stromae had previously cancelled several shows in Europe due to poor health. The Brussels-based artist has now announced that he will not be able to play any of his upcoming shows. He was scheduled to perform at several venues in France, Belgium and the Netherlands.

"It is with my deepest regret that I won’t be able to honour my promise and that I am announcing today the end of the Multitude tour," he said in a statement. The artist made a comeback in 2022 after a long hiatus due to burnout, releasing the album Multitude.

"I’ve felt immense happiness meeting you again on stage since the beginning of this tour and to share with you this adventure with all the teams who have conceived this incredible show alongside me," said Stromae. "Unfortunately, I must accept today that the time I need to rest and heal will take longer than expected."
