Pope invited for 600 years catholic university Leuven

Jan Jambon, minister president of the government of Flanders, invited Pope Francis this morning to visit the region in 2025, on the occasion of the 600 year anniversary of the catholic university of Leuven.

It's not certain yet whether the Pope will come, the Holy See is looking into the invitation, said Jambon after his talk with Pope Francis.

Jambon thanked the church for helping in receiving refugees from Ukraine. He presented the Pope a cd-box with masses from composer Josquin des Prez. The Flemish delegation has several visits planned in Vatican city.
