New tourist guide offers two hundred pages of to-do’s and to-see’s in Belgium

The travel guide ‘Best of Belgium’ offers you exactly that: an overview of the most interesting places to see and the most fun activities to do in Belgium. The book is written by Angela Dansby, an American freelance journalist living in Belgium since 2015.

‘Best of Belgium. The complete travel guide through expat eyes’ is the full title of the book. Dansby has traveled a lot, both outside Belgium and, for ten years, inside Belgium. She experienced that there’s a lot to see and do. “A small country with big heritage and culture, Belgium has the most castles per square kilometer in the world and a wealth of UNESCO-recognized sites and traditions. It is also rich in medieval charm, avant-garde creativity and culinary excellence, including more than 150 Michelin-starred restaurants.”
“Linguistically divided by region, Belgium offers three unique experiences in one country. From Brussels’ world-class museums and cosmopolitan flair to Flanders’ medieval architecture and sandy beaches to Wallonia’s fairytale castles and forested hills, this comprehensive insider’s guide reveals why Belgium deserves a place on every explorer’s European itinerary.”
The book covers 32 cities and their surroundings and 60 other specific attractions. It offers a structured overview of all the highlights, over some 200 pages.
