National strike: No departing flights at Brussels Airport on 25 June

No departing passenger flights will take place at Brussels Airport in Zaventem on Wednesday 25 June due to a nationwide day of strike. In a press release on Thursday, the airport announced this disruption, citing an "announced strike by a large number of employees, including security service staff".

To avoid long queues and ensure passenger safety, all departing flights have been cancelled. Some incoming flights may also be affected.

Airlines will inform affected passengers directly about their cancelled flights. Brussels Airport is urging travellers not to come to the airport on 25 June. Brussels Airport has apologised for any inconvenience caused by the strike.
