David Goffin failed to qualify for the last sixteen of Wimbledon Friday.
The 32-year-old Belgian was beaten by Russian Andrey Rublev in the third round after three hours of play. The match ended 6-3, 6-7, 7-6, 6-2.
It was Goffin's ninth Wimbledon appearance. In his previous two appearances, in 2019 and 2022, he reached the quarter-finals on each occasion.
