Belgium hosts Europe's biggest swingers' party

On 21 September, Antwerp will be the scene of Mystery Sensation, the biggest swingers' party in Europe. Up to 10,000 people are expected to attend. The exact location will be announced 24 hours before the start, the Brussels Times reports.

Mystery Sensation's website promises attendees "the most sensational night of 2024" that will "redefine the boundaries of pleasure and sophistication". Twenty thousand condoms will also be available to "ensure the promise of carefree and safe discovery".

In addition, there will be a three-course dinner at the venue's restaurant, while drinks and "exquisite snacks" will be available throughout the evening at bars and lounges.

Organiser Gert Snoeys claims the night will be unlike any he has planned before. "We will have 4,000 square metres of playing area," he told Gazet van Antwerpen. "There will be 25 themed rooms. Imagine a dark room, an exciting BDSM room, a cinema room, and who knows, maybe even a Little Red Riding Hood-style room. Anything is possible."

Single men will not be allowed to attend, andt he organiser stressed there was no obligation to have sex. "There are also many curious people who just want to experience the atmosphere. That's no problem."

Tickets went on sale on Thursday, starting at 250 euros for single women and 695 euros for couples. A 1,350-euro VIP ticket gives couples "exclusive access" to an after-party and an overnight stay at a nearby four-star hotel. Attendees must be over the age of 21.
