Belgian film Hasta la Vista set for remake in Indonesia, Bollywood and France

Belgian director Geoffrey Enthoven's film Hasta la Vista will be remade in Indonesia, Bollywood and France, Enthoven's production company Fobic Films has announced.

Hasta la Vista tells the story of three physically disabled friends who want to lose their virginity. They tell their friends they are going on a wine tour, but instead, they travel to Spain to have their first sexual experience in a special brothel.

Released in 2011, the film was remade in the Netherlands as Adios Amigos and the United States as Come As You Are. In Indonesia, Why Do You Love Me is already in cinemas. The rights have been sold in France, and the Bollywood version is expected in spring 2024.

Hasta La Vista received several awards when it was released in 2011. The film was written by Pierre Declercq and produced by Mariano Vanhoof. The production has been sold to more than 50 countries.
