    "body": "<p style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>Train services at Antwerp Central are operating again following the discovery of a suspicious package just outside the station on Tuesday morning. The security cordon has been lifted and platforms 1 to 3 on level +1 are accessible again, network manager Infrabel has confirmed.</strong></p><p style=\"text-align: left\">Pelikaanstraat, where the package was found, has also been cleared. The DOVO bomb disposal unit attended the scene to examine the suspicious package. </p><p style=\"text-align: left\">&ldquo;It turned out to contain nitrous oxide,&rdquo; said police spokesperson Wouter Bruyns. &ldquo;There is no danger and the situation is back to normal.&rdquo; An investigation has been launched into the owner of the package.</p><p style=\"text-align: left\">Several entrances were closed as a precaution after the package was found and Pelikaanstraat was closed to all traffic.
